I want to try this again. 

 

1. No sweets.

2. Stretch 30 minutes every day.

3. Go to bed by midnight every day.

4. Apply to 2 jobs per week or more.

stretching is SO SO good for the body, I always recommend doing it after a nice warm shower, maybe before bed if possible. your body and mind will thank you for it!
