Hey everyone! I am a 21-year-old trans guy looking to get my act together. I am in college still and HOPING to graduate next May, that is one of my long term goals. I recently got interested in strength training at the beginning of the year and wanted to find a supportive community to be able to ask questions and figure stuff out. I want to get stronger but also lose some body fat while I do it. I really enjoy cooking and when I do cook I can cook things that are healthy for me, but I tend to slip up when I get stressed with classes and work. if anyone has any good recipes hit me up, I love to try new foods.  I also tend to make excuses for myself and I am hoping that this can be a way to keep myself accountable.
