guys thank you so much for all the support! I slacked off over the weekend but going to try today at least for 4. it's pretty crazy how quickly you can lose your progress

finally hit the 5 minute mark! this was from 2 days ago :) 

 

I think i'm going to start working on 1 arm, 1 leg & see how long I can hold that, keep up my 5 minute endurance, and work on side planks as well!
