Climbing back from the Brink

Don't have time to write much but I want to get this started.

 

Today I stretched, did some mobility stuff, did a lot of chores, went on a walk and didn't eat any sweets or drink alcohol.

 

Tomorrow I am going to do the beginner bodyweight workout once, stretch and not eat any sweets.  I am going to drink though when we have friends over for dinner.
