Red1263 versus the two Dodecahedrons

Hey hey everyone! I have been gone for a long time and I have honestly missed this website and this group! However time has always be against me and thus, my progress tends to go out the window. So to combat this as well as fit fitness and exercise into my busy schedule I've recently purchased 2 workout dices. So my plan is this:

  1. Roll the dice 3 times and perform the exercises on the dice
    • Any exercise that requires running or jumping will be replaced with something muay thai related (ie. 30 jumping jacks > 30 punch combos) 
      • This is mainly because I will be exercising in my room and I don't want to freak out any body by jumping around :P
  2. At least once a week, come back to this website and spread the love
    • either in posting on my own or the threads of others

Welcome back, good to see you active on here again. What sort of things do the workout dice include?

Thank you very much! It's good to see you as well!

Oh! right! Sorry about that, So there are 2 dices, Green and YellowI think I'll eventually get a Blue, but for now I'll stick to these two.

 

Green has:

  • 30 Bicycle crunches
  • 20 Triceps dips
  • 20 push-ups
  • 15 jump squats > 20 BodyWeight Squats
  • Water break
  • 30 sec side plank x2 (I'm assuming for both sides)
  • 15 Jump Lunges > 20 lunges 
  • 30 Mountain climbers
  • 1 Min wall sit
  • 15 Tuck jumps > 15 Clinch knees
  • 30 Russian Twists
  • 20 Burpees > 20 Push up + 1-2 Punch combo + 2 teep kicks (one for each leg)

Yellow has:

  • 10 Frog Jumps > 10 Teep Kicks (both legs)
  • Run for 2 Min > 2 min shadowboxing (maybe with weights)
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Burpees > 10 Push up + 1-2 Punch combo + 2 teep kicks (one for each leg)
  • 10 Pushups
  • 10 Lunges
  • 10 Mountain Climbers
  • 1 Min Wall sit
  • 15 Jumping Jacks > 15 weighted Random Punch Combos
  • Water Break
  • 15 High Knees > 15 Muay Thai Knees
  • 25 Crunches 

So Green is a bit more intense than Yellow, but I will roll both at the same time and perform the exercises that show up, if I get a "Water break", I'll take it if needed, if not, then I'll just stretch for ~5 mins or so. The changes are meant to maintain the explosive power / intensity of the original exercise, so hopefully it transitions well enough.

You know, I'll be honest, I miss writing the adventures. 

 

But the moment I get time to actually dedicate to this, You better believe that I'll start immediately!

I picked 20 different exercises grouped into 5 categories.  I had 4 pull exercises decided by 1D4 , 6 static holds decided by 1D6, 2 leg exercises decided by 1D4 (1-4 or 5-8), 5 push exercises decided by 1D10 (12, 3-4, etc.), 3 mobility drills decided by 1D12 (1-4, 2-8, 9-12), and 1D20 for a random exercise.  Every day I would roll all 6 dice for 6 exercises and do a pre-determined number of reps for whatever the dice showed.

This is a quick update because I'm sitting in the middle of traffic

 1st dice roll:   Mountain climbers and 10  Triceps dips

 2nd dice roll: One minute Wall sit and 10 pushups

 3rd dice roll: 20 pushups and 10 mountain climbers

Did you roll the dice in traffic, get out and do pushups between moving forward moments? 'Cause that's now cannon in my head.

Ha ha ha! Oh wow, I'm sorry! I meant that I did the exercises in my room and I updated nf while in traffic.
