End of Challenge Wrap-Up

So, this challenge was up and down for me. 


Here's what I learned:


  • I can do yoga that pushes me, even if my feet are injured.
  • Food continues to be an issue - lots of eating under stress.
  • I need to continue to educate myself about better eating and create better eating habits.
  • Very late in the challenge, I and Ms. Moros started working on mobility work with the Roll Model balls.  This will be a focus of the next challenge.
  • As always, doing all the things is not a good option for me. 

Still, I did better than the last few challenges:
