For the step ups, does one rep = one leg? Or does one rep = both legs completing the movement?

Since I finally am about to attempt these again, I also would like to know.

Why you all ask me these things while I am on vacation. Like I'm responsible or something.

But the answer, late, is both legs complete the movement.

Also, because of work stuff, part two will be up a day late, giving you one more day to complete those reps!

Pass. Hard pass.

Sprained ankle insists that I do not do stepups or squats on it until the joint is healed.

I got to sneak 'em in! Happy with the results for squeezing them in the end of a pretty rough workout. First time doing either. I really like decline pushups! Step-ups not so much, just felt like they took forever.
