I went back to the gym last week after a 2-month break from rowing and learned a couple of things: my endurance is such that I was easily able to row 5000m, but I cannot do that on consecutive days - blistered hands instead of callouses Despite that (now that my hands are healed), I intend to 1) get back to work on my Epic Quest of losing 8.2 kg by the end of the year, 2) lose body fat, 3) live within my revised budget (I’ve been working on a financial plan for my twilight years), and 4) continue learning the ukulele.
