Renate
Sounds good to me! I have not gone for 2 weeks and plan on doing it again om Wednesday, no excuses. I started the Non2Run programme, which is presumably for the folks that cannot get in the C25K vibe. I just loved the fact there are sheets and free audio files with a voice that tells you when to walk, and when to run. And encourages you to run as fast as you can but slow down when you get tired. 10 secs before you have to start walking it tells you "almost there!"... Every audio file is pretty much the same but it worked for me and should keep on working :). definitely scenery changes and the simplicity of the gear you need is the best about running (and bodyweight exercises strength wise). 2 Quote Level ☆ human [uncategorizable] STR 2 | DEX 3 | CON 3 | STA 3 | WIS 6 | CHA 6 Link to comment

I started with a bit of rolls and precision jumps an eternity ago, but got frustrated by what little progress I made. But seeing you just starting with parkour is a pretty good motivation to get back to it 1 Quote Assassin/Monk A little bit about myself Battle Log Challenges: [1] [2] [3] Link to comment
