Asa Pond Posted April 24, 2019 Report Share Posted April 24, 2019 Okay - not yet, but it will be on May 8th! It's also finals season at law school (Monday was the last day of classes!). So I really want to have some idea of what I'm doing / not doing in order to keep me sane and on track. Goals: 1. Don't eat like an idiot. Track my food. Mostly - just be smart about what I'm eating. 2. Yoga everyday. Well... mostly everyday. At least 20 minutes. Stretching counts if I'm too tired to safely do difficult stuff. 3. Cardio 2 times a week I'd prefer 1 cycling session and 1 running session but I'll take whatever I can do. 5 Quote Fallaces sunt rerum species et hominum spes fallunt. Link to comment
