Thinner Leaner Stronger

Hi, all,


I am thinking / planning to start the Thinner Leaner Stronger training program, though I may need to make a couple of adjustments since I do not have a gym membership and have a modest home gym.


Has anyone here used this program?  I purchased the One Year Challenge book and I'm deliberating between the five-day and the four-day programs.
