Food: under 1200. My strategy at restaurants is to eat half of what I'm served, then pause and asses how I'm feeling. Have a little water. Often, I realize I don't even want any more, and am only eating because it's there. When I'm done, I put my napkin over the plate as a reminder that I'm done. 

 

Exercise: Beginner Bodyweight Workout, 30 minutes of elliptical, 30 minutes of bicycle. 

 

Barnaby Rudge: I finished the book today! I only listened to it while exercising, and I weigh 4.4 pounds less than I did when I began. I've borrowed am audiobook of Nicholas Nickleby from Libby to start tomorrow.
