Hi, 

 

I'm Mort and I've been lurking around nerd fitness website for a while reading the resources but felt nervous about appearing. 

 

Hobbies: Hearthstone, Slay the Spire but honestly I don't really have much time for those these days and I still haven't pulled out my Age of Wonders 3 yet. 

 

My goals are to do a pull up and to cut my body fat percentage to around 15-17%. And run 10 km under 60 min.
