How is it possible that I am the first this time? Maybe it's a sign of good things this challenge.

I am starting now because I still want to get back into a more regular healthy routine. There will be a lot of overlap with my previous challenge.

 

Goal 1: Decluttering. The church rummage sale is rapidly approaching, so I need to get to work on this. I think a goal of 6 hours over the course of 4 weeks is still reasonable.

Goal 2: Physical therapy. I feel so much better when I do this than I don't. Again, 6 times in 4 weeks. More is better if I can manage it.

Goal 3: Meditation. Something else I feel better when I do, and something that has slipped lately. I'll try for 3 days/week to begin with.
