Hazard Posted June 24, 2019 Author Report Share Posted June 24, 2019 End of Challenge Report A reminder of where I was five weeks ago: On 5/20/2019 at 12:43 AM, Hazard said: My weight as of this morning was 197.2 lbs (89.5 kg) My Main Quest for this challenge is to... Get my bodyweight below 185 lbs (84 kg) Did I complete my Main Quest? No. As of this morning, I ended this NF Challenge weighing 187.8 lbs (85.2 kg). Roughly 3 pounds short of what I was aiming for. I did, however, still lose 9.4 pounds in five weeks. Which isn't too shabby. The real tale, however, is over on the measuring tape --- where I dropped 1.8 inches (4.6 cm) off my waist over these past five weeks. That's an average of 0.36" dropped per week. Which is pretty darn good! I started this challenge with the intention of cutting hard and fast, getting under 185, then returning to maintenance eating for a few weeks to let my body stabilize before cutting hard and fast again.
