Finally got to start my commission. This one was building up fast. 30 mins. Still a work in progress but I'm happy where I'm leaving it for the night. And now I feel less bad about not working on it on the weekend.

If you can afford the house, then having a good neighborhood and good location is probably more important than the space. However much space you have, it will always fill up somehow, and often you don't REALLY need it, even though it is nice. 1100sqft should still be enough for the two of you, right?

 

Anyway, I agree with JessFit that the weekend sounds productive, even if there was no painting :). Also, pulling weeds is the worst task there is in the garden in my opinion... Especially if there are many weeds.

We currently live own a house that's 1600sqft or so. Right now it's Bf, me, BFs brother, 3 dogs. It's a good size though the layout is odd and we lack space for storage or organization. I think the only thing I really want an upgrade on is the commute and backyard lol and it would be nice to have a room where I can have a little art studio. Or separate offices where one can be art/office for me and his can be comic book/office for him lol. Plus our next one would be our "family" home. I think the brother would not be moving with us.

It was kind of productive lol would of been more if the things I tried to do worked lol I think that's the frustrating part. I spent so much time and the door and faucet are still broke lol weeds are still there. In fact after yesterday's rain they came back with a vengence. Go away weeds! They aren't even normal weeds.. they are tangly weeds that intertwine with everything and strangle my other plants.

Had a good lesson on Daisy. Her feet are holding out. Farrier comes Friday I think to do them.

 

277lbs as of todays weigh in. I don't think thats my actual weight (sushi yesterday didn't help... eating all the roma pizza and watermelon did not help) but super enforced that I cannot lose weight and not track + weigh my foods :( I have been too loosey goosy with it. Which I said I would be. Hopefully the getting back on the tracks takes less time. I need to figure out a breakfast thing. I am not feeling my breakfast shake.

I am reallllly wanting starbucks :/ Fack what is wrong with me lately. Either way I will need a snack soon because I ate my lunch and I am feeling hungry still.

BF and I have been talking more about moving and such. And he is saying he would like to do the renovations (particularly outside) and enjoy 1 more summer at our place. I want to move but I think financially + all the work we have to do on the house to make it sale ready would be too much at once. Plus with me going to Paris end of July the timing would be horrible. Of course as I write this, the real estate agent of that property we might of been interested in just emailed me and they lowered their asking by 30k lol. fucksakes. But we still don't know if the house itself we loved because we havent seen it. Anyways. As part of the mini-guild challenge for this week I was going to figure out a list of what needs to be done with my boyfriend. So based on our talk I wrote up a list. CRIES lol. I need help from adults. I don't know how to make the house look nicer and for cheap too. 

 

Most things are small efforts but of course the prices add up. Some things are recurring and general house owning chores. Some are cheaper fixes but I lack the know-how. Others are optional but would really make the space pop but I don't know where the deals are. Some we need outside help and my dad/brother who can do it and have the machines won't be free until a lot later in the year. I miss just living at my parents haha.

Painting the main floor would be great, but I didn't include it because it goes up the stairwell and we can't reach it. I think we got quotes 2000-3000$ to do it before. The roof near the skylight has old water damage that we should fix as well but same issue.

I don't even know if I did bad eating wise yesterday haha I think I actually did decent. I just haven't tracked all the foods yet. But I just don't feel like it lately. I can feeeeeel my bad habits sliding. Yesterday only got like 1.5L water, didn't floss. woop big mess lol.  Weight is at 274.4lbs today grrrrr but also not surprised. I think the issue I am having right now is I am feeling so hungry and that is probably because according to MFP I eat a lot of carbs. My calories are mainly built up of carbs. I generally am around my fat macro and my protein macro is usually lacking. I am not sure how to raise my protein aside from protein shakes... maybe I will start getting deli meat. I pretty much hate eating day old meat haha but cold cuts are fine. 

 

Okay tracked for yesterday and I actually had a deficit.. shocker.

I started entering my All-guides challenge "Thing" for the week into a Trello board where I can sort things based on effort and cost. That way I can easily research what I need to research. I honestly still have no clue how to get the darn bathroom faucet off.... I might try to see if theres anything I missed on the underside that I can loosen to get the handles off. :/ I should of just changed it to finish the shark painting haha. :/  Oh well. I am just going to keep trying to do my best and thats all I can ask. To get my productivity percentage to go up I need to research things, start working on the broken baseboards and replace the wired fire alarm. Which makes me kind of nervous haha cause electrical. 

 

Today I had breakfast of a royal lol. 2 eggs, 1 toast with melted cheese and cut up mango. nomnom. And my big bubba of water.

Ah Trello... I do so good in the creating phase and feel so good and organized....and then I never check off or move a task. I think Trello just helps me think and then I move on. I dunno. :)

 

I know it's 2019, and this is Nerd fitness... but I love that you're all up in that faucet working it yourself and not making it something to wait on your boyfriend or call a plumber for. You go girl!

I love the creating phase in Trello with all the different cards lol but I find it's not super satisfying to check off what you've done. Lol

 

Lol I'm a getter done person. Plus he's as worthless as me when it comes to this stuff. So if I want it done I need to figure it out myself. 

 

Also your absence was noticed ... But I forgive you lol

Finally got a minute to myself haha. 

 

This has been my day

- wake up and hear roomie get up around same time. wait to see if roomie will take dogs out

- wait a solid 40 minutes until I realize roomie is still in washroom and not taking care of dogs

- take care of dogs

- Make breakfast

- watch HIMYM with bf and roomie until 10 mins before friend should arrive

- shower

- friend arrives at 10 and we play board games / go for lunch / more board games until 3:00... (I tried hinting she could leave cause I had plans at 4 but she wanted to play one more game)

- friend left, I get ready for next party and go to LCBO to grab some Sobu for my friend and her a card

- arrive 15 mins late around 4:15

- confirm I don't really know anyone there aside from her family

- left around 7:40

- get home and start prepping for tomorrows father's day brunch. I made lemon drop cakes, cut up watermelon and made a lemon dill sauce for the salmon. 

-9:45 I finish and finally on couch ...zzzz 

 

Don't get me wrong lol I had fun today just a bit (really) exhausted. I'm a person who really enjoys alone time. Boardgames were fun though and I liked seeing both friends today. And luckily my friends mom suggested I invited my mum to the party while I was there and she was free and did come... Because I would of had no one to talk with haha. I'm not good in social situations like this..  especially when I don't really have anything in common. I find the whole situation awkward. 

 

I didn't bother tracking today. It was all over the place.

Sigh another less than perfect day. I really wish my eating was better. Like it wasn't horrible it just wasn't organized for 2 days in a row and I had a healthy serving of pie without even thinking twice about it until after on my way home. Like oh right I'm supposed to be making an effort here. 

 

I'm feeling rather agitated right now and have since yesterday I guess. This weekend was just too much. And now that it's over I'm just left feeling bleh and exhausted.

I feel a bit better today. Tired still but better.

 

I am a bit disappointed that I didn't get around to doing more of my main guild weekly challenge. But really I haven't been doing great at my own challenge so not very surprising. I want to really rally and do awesome for this next week. 

 

I might be 98% done on my shark lol thats exciting. Underwater reflections are hard. Very hard. And I like to paint the sides of the canvas black or navy blue lol I am not looking forward to that because this canvas is huge. So I might get a mini roller and use that.

Okay I need to do a solid try at the macro counting again because that helped me get back on track last time. I do miss the RP app because it gave me ideas of what sort of foods I should eat to make up what I need. I am also just reaching my limit of chicken and in general meal ideas. my lunches seem to be rice, veg, meat.... potato, veg, meat.... and yah just not feeling those.  BUT maybe I just also need to suck it up. 

 

I have my daily macro goals set to Protein: 176g, Fat: 59g and Carbs: 132g

 

Which makes meals (more or less): P:58.7g, F:19.7g, C:44g

Lesson was a bit of a write off. Daisy was a very good girl...I just wasn't feeling it. And I hated the exercise we were doing lol. I'm still spillover exhausted. 

 

Got home, showered, packed lunches, watched the newest episode of the redone fruits baskets, ate watermelon and salami for dinner and eventually played with some paint and a canvas for the background of a painting. I will probably darken around the edges a bit but I'll do that once it dries. I didn't have water at the coffee table to clean my brush haha.. ha all the lazy!

Hope you find some me time and get your balance back... Sounds like the weekend took it out of you, but at least you're painting and so that's probably a good sign. :)

 

I've been stalking pinterest and instagram looking at sea life art. I have an idea in my head, but I'm not a natural artist so I tend to have to see something and then the inspiration brings it all together... wish me luck!

I hope so too. I mean technically the barn time is my me time lol and it is helping but meh. I basically have been in a mood where I want to sit on my couch and eat watermelon hahahaha which I will do after riding. Today is mine and BFs 6 year anniversary. Tomorrow we are going to the local outdoors store after work so he can look at fishing rods and reels lol I am gonna go look at archery targets and camping stuff haha. He has warned me his purchases will be $$$ but don't worry he will still have enough in his account for a ring. And I'm like lol ok. If I get Friday off work then we will go to my cottage Friday - Saturday, then Sunday I will go to a Harry Potter themed brunch place . Pretty excited for that. So it sounds busy but it should be better because its things I want to do and people I want to do them with.

Ohhh that sounds sooo fun. My family used to go camping a lot and then just kind of stopped. My brother still goes every once in awhile. My friends who like camping are either a) too busy and I never talk to them or b) too poor and have 4 kids and 3 of those will be under 3. I mean she doesn't have 4 kids yet lol but today is her due date. She is craycray.  

Boyfriend isn't too interested in camping. I think he would be okay with glamping.... he said he would be willing to try it for me as long as we can bring the kayaks lol and im like uggggh effort though. (they are super heavy)

Such headache. Headache is strong. 

 

Store had no archery stuff. Poop. So I basically just checked out all the camping stuff then sat in a tent while BF did his rod shopping. 

 

I almost stayed on track with my calories but had a breakfast sausage lol.

Omg Yeti crab lol. I am looking up random ocean creatures....

 

Drive home last night sucked, drive in today sucked. I need this drive to calm itself. Every time I am like "its fine... the drive isnt that bad... its fine... we don't need to move right now.. I can last a bit longer ... " the traffic gets extra bad. Mumble mumble

 

Tomorrow we leave for the cottage and I am not ready at all. I need to clear my car out cause i get to drive..yay :'( AND we probably need groceries. ANND I need to do laundry.  I mean its only for a day and a half lol so really it wont be too much to pack.

 

Have I also mentioned I hate food (but love it) but hate it. Gonna be back to 280 again soon even though I haven't been as bad. Bodies are dumb
