SO I need to figure out macro stuff. RP app finally booted me off lol 

Which.. I have macro stuff figured out in theory but I need to find meals/amounts/portions that fulfill the requirements. 

 

My aching hip... seriously this needs to go away. I feel like an old lady and I can't do much riding wise. 

 

Cosplay is due next weeeeeeeekend. Saturday.

I coded away and think I figured out the thing I was stuck on lol I'll have no clue if it actually works until tomorrow.

 

I'm not sure if its the hip and having to randomly compensate, the calorie deficit or a little bit of A and a little bit of B but I've been quite tired lately. Pretty light headed yesterday. Today not so light headed. Yesterday I only ate 1330 calories and today 1030 ish. I don't like being this low but I guess it all evens out in the long run. Plus I probably miscounted some calories. I'm probably going back to my morning shake that has a bit more sustenance in it tomorrow.

 

Daisys feet are still not sore! Day 6 of her losing both her shoes ... Talented that one. For once I'm the gimpy one. We took it pretty easy tonight but got some good work done. My back did 2 small cracks when I was done so hopefully that solves this whole thing. I'm not feeling my hip ATM but my right knee started to feel weak (yay compensation). 

 

Oh and small win from yesterday. I made a decision to get a Louisiana chicken sub from Mr.sub because I was dropping my sister off and her, me and BF all needed lunch. It was the slow Sub lady and she was doing a giant online order so.. I drove my sister to Wendy's and got her and mom something. I didn't have any.. even though I already decided I would of had the sub... Instead I had Greek chicken wraps like I originally planned. This is huge.

Congrats on your HUGE win! Making choices in line with your goals is super hard when you're eating out and often harder when there are sudden changes to the plans, so it's totally awesome that you used a sudden change to your benefit! You're awesome!

I always miss the joy of cosplaying at events and then remember all the long-term prep and last-minute freak outs and decide I'm good after all, lol. But maybe someday I'll get back into it. Mad props to you and anyone else who cosplays, it's really tough! I hope you have a blast this weekend!

THANK YOU! Ugh usually I would of been like WELL ... I already planned on not eating the thing at home.... soooooooo I will just get Wendys :D and think that reasoning was fine. BUT it paid off.... lol (see below)

I would say this is my first serious cosplay. I have to say I love the prep and mad rush lollll Maybe I am weird or that is just the artist in me. You definitely should <3 I think its more fun when you have a big group but all my friends have grown up and are dirt poor or just lost interest in anime. :/ So its just me and my sister and we are both so shy haha so we mainly just look at other peoples costumes. Which is fine too. I just miss having a big group to go with. It really changes the experience. I am just hoping it doesn't rain this weekend lol which seems to be par for the course lately.

Had my old breakfast shake and BAH so much better lol. I am going to need to get that mint chocolate protein powder @JessFit mentioned (if I can find it)....  

 

I weighed myself today and the scale said 275.6lbs ... wahhhhhhhhhhhht wahhhhhht YES SIR.

I am not sure if I trust it lol but w.eeeeeeeee so excited to see it lol. 260 is in my grasp. Which we will see what I weigh in as after week 0 because I think I set it for 274.8 or something which I am almost there (maybe).

Hard same. Well, right now all my friends are also like 5000 miles away, which makes group event coordination tough. (I guess technically they're all right where I left them and I'm 5000 miles away, but same difference.) I have one friend who will still cosplay with me, but she doesn't seem to be as big into the meticulous detail side of costuming, which honestly is the most fun part for me. 

 

What I should REALLY do is plan to cosplay Halloween, because then everyone's dressing up to varying degrees anyway and it doesn't matter if I'm the only anime person. I actually go in for video game cosplay too, which is more widely accessible anyway. More people in my social groups play video games than watch anime. 

 

Of course, right now it doesn't matter, since no one celebrates Halloween here and I didn't bring my sewing machine anyway, so I'd be limited to costumes with minimal modifications from regular clothes. But I'll keep it in mind for the future.

Oh that too. My friends have moved away from me... mind you only 1-2 hrs drive away haha but still. And they are starting to all have babies now or are always working. BOO lol 

 

Oh yes that would be fun! At least when you move back I guess haha I just love costuming and making props soooo much. Its so much fun. I will probably only end up wearing my cosplay for our first walk through the con lol then go change into shorts and a tshirt or something haha. We are doing the butler cafe thing this year which should be interesting and I feel way too old to actually enjoy that lol BUT I know my sister will love it so theres that lol. Shes the only reason I still go to this con.

WELL we are getting the whey version :P aren't we. Because you know I do stuff last minute.... and I plan on drinking this when I wake up lol. Also ewww chunky.

 

OMG lol on canadian amazon they want $50 for 2lbs of the whey... or $80 for 1.81kg. O_O damn sonnnnnn. I wonder how much this is at Popeyes :O 

 

Yay weightloss.... though I am wanting chocolate bad snack things. because I know they have 6 different snack containers in the boardroom and I like what is in 5 of those.

Welp I was over calories today by 237. Not bad but I don't want this to be a backslide. I had 3 chocolate things (Swiss delice?) And a pepperette... And I should of had one or the other not both. I also really need to be using this week to figure out tracking macros and such. I mostly use the mobile app for MFP which of course doesn't tell you a macro breakdown per meal. If it does... I haven't figured that out yet.

 

Annnnd even though move more is not one of my goals this time around... I would still like to do that on non riding days. I only got in 2800 steps today :(

 

Cosplay progress..  I started on patch 2 (of 3) and mostly got the border done. I want to say I'm getting better at this embroidery thing but really.. having the outline is helping. I'm going to paint the grey parts. So they all match. And in the big one I just plan on painting that as of now. My mom happened to have a potato music shaker... Because why not.. so I no longer need to paper mache a potato. I might still do it after this thing because I was excited for the challenge.... I'm odd

This morning I decided I didn't feel like my coffee caramel shake thing. And that I wanted to eat watermelon... but I don't have watermelon. So I opted for a shake with vanilla protein powder,  strawberry yogurt and half a banana. That baby was thiccck ..with three C's.

I had enough crack/pop this morning when I was getting up. So I am slowly snapping into place haha. Still not 100% but WAY better.

Thanksssss... I had my cucumbers and pepperette... but yah I wanted more. BUT I spent sometime distracting myself with water, work and the convention guide book for this weekend.

 

My lunch is not that big though..... sooooooo yah. I need that luck

 

EDIT: NOOOOOOOOOOOO my coworker is going to a bakery near by that is essentially a little grocery store and has a bomb hot counter. He asked if I wanted something on Slack (messaging thing) but not in person when he saw me... and I didn't see the message until too late. I would of asked if he could get me some meat from the deli. 

 

EDIT EDIT: YESSSSSS He got my text message and is bringing me 100gr of garlic roast beeeeeeef <3 My hero.

Also I searched the whole office for the snacks because I figured they were gone and that would help me not want snacks that aren't even there... Smarties + Reese things are in the office across from mine (I only like smarties but they aren't a snack that makes me feel snackie.. so those are safe.. as long as they don't appear in front of me.).... The swedish berries and bits and bites that I was excited about have been eaten. And there are only pretzels and peanuts left. I am totally okay not eating those. So hopefully now that I know the yummy things I want are gone... I won't want them. Note to self.... MORE FOOD AT LUNCH PLEASE. And in the morning.

 

EDIT EDIT EDIT: It said it was garlic roast beef... but it was pepper lemon roast beef. It was a solid effort. My dentist people gave me these soft pick things (like tooth picks but have a little soft bristly end that is flexible) and basically was told "play with this" ... I have to say 10/10... they are quite fun. Basically supposed to poke at the areas near my gums between teeth and bleeding is good apparently. Its to disturb the bacteria that tries to live there and promote your gums to tighten up.
