Challenge Recap
1. Walking


Somehow my count got off during the challenge? I started by aiming for 30 miles, and somewhere around the halfway mark somehow started counting it as 20 miles instead? (Maybe I confused it with my Sweet Treats goal?)

 

Anyway, on Friday I thought I had completed this one and met my goal. But as it turns out, all the days at the gym I missed due to work caught up with me. 

 

Since I didn’t do as well as I thought I did, only +2 STA and +2 DEX.
  
Scoring: 21/30
Reward: +2 STA & +2 DEX


2. Weightlifting

 

This one I did well on and met all of my goals. 


Bench press: 45lbs → 60lbs = achieved 2 sets of 7, 10 reps 6/13/19
Squat: 50lbs → 75lbs = achieved 2 sets, 1 rep of 7, 1 rep of 10 6/21/19
Barbell curl: 15lbs → 20lbs (with good form!) = achieved 2 sets of 5 reps each 6/13/19
Deadlift: 50lbs → 75lbs = achieved 1 set of 7 reps 6/13/19
Pullups → 1 with good form = achieved 2 at 90° 6/21/19


Scoring: 5/5
Reward: +5 to STR (1 for each achieved)


3. Sweet Treats

 

I did well with this goal too, although it wasn’t a perfect score. 

 

Score: 18/20
Reward: +2 to CON & +2 to CHA
 

Level 38 Lupine Pirate = STR: 98 || DEX: 91 || STA: 102 || CON: 76 || WIS: 88 || CHA: 75
