If you want to maintain fitness with less time you kinda need to be more focused and train smarter per se. If I use a running analogy, you don't need to clock half marathons everyday, you can do reasonably well for anything below a HM with one speed workout on Tuesday, one hill workout on Thursday and one long steady distance run on Saturday. Ultra work you'd really want to do back to back weekend runs though , but that would only be like 20-30k runs for 2 days in a row? 1 Quote Link to comment

No big goal nor target load, though, just slow increments to see how much my body can adapt to. But I think full 40kg routine will probably be max I will push towards. I'm not into buying next kettlebell - the heavy ones are damn pricey, and going from 40 to 48 in one step would be probably bit too much... and I'm way too cheap to buy 42, 44, 46 and 48kg 'bells.
