One month (exactly!) after injury, and my finger still has less than 50% mobility... nevertheless  I decided it's high time for me to get back to training. Turns out I was pretty right, because I regressed bad in terms of manageable weight.

 

S&S routine

Yes, swings are hard. I can forget about one arm swings for long time, as my finger has maybe 30-40% mobility and about 0% gripping strength ;). Can't swing even 8kg in left hand alone. But I switched to two handed swings for "endurance" part of the program and I think it just HAS TO BE ENOUGH.  

 

On get-ups I have almost no issues, as fingers play miniscule role in the move. The issue here is one month break from exercising, which gave me quite a backslide - but I'm working my way back up in weight :)

As long as I remember to keep the injured finger relaxed and hold the KB only with the rest it is okay. But as I get tired during swings, keeping this one finger exclusively relaxed gets harder :)

Okay. Today I made my training session  kind of experiment. 

 

First, I ditched the timer.

 

Then I did non stop 60 one arm swings (switching sides every 10) with 24kg, and after short rest another 40 !!!

 

Getups:

1 set (1R + 1L) with 32kg, 

1 (right hand ) with 40kg, 1 (left hand) with 32kg because with 40 I wasn't able to get on elbow (two tries)

3 remaining sets with 32kg.

Yesterday I got stuck at work. Maybe will try to catch up today. Or not - fixing hydraulic feed mechanizm was quite intense physical activity :)

Did some training on Thursday. Not full routine, just 20 minutes of first part of get-up with lower weight - to work on my form.

Strangely enough, it gave me bad headache. Need to investigate further.
