Thordendal Posted June 12, 2019 Report Share Posted June 12, 2019 I'm no stranger to lifting and no stranger to taking long stretches of time off. I've just gotten back into it after 6 months away with a recurring hamstring injury. For the first 3-4 weeks I'll be just moving and getting used to waking up early again. I'll eventually get back to GZCL programming and outline that here. Monday was some light hex bar deadlifts, bench press , and lat pulldowns. Tuesday was arms. Curls, pushdowns, done in 15. Today, Wednesday, was 4x10 incline press and 4x15 high cable rows. Short on time. I'm expecting to ramp up quickly, but don't want to go too fast and hurt myself again. Quote Link to comment
