Tips for taking and organizing vitamins and supplements

Hi

Looking for tips to take and organize vitamins and supplements.

Feeling very frustrated that I keep forgetting to take them and not maintaining a regular schedule. I tried to use pillbox but it was not a good one and inconvenient to use.

Do you have any tips?

I think it's not about how you organise your pills but how you don't forget to take them. :) You can simply store them on a shelf and leave some sticky notes in the kitchen where you eat and where you keep your utensils so it will be sure that you have a reminder to take your supplements. :)
