It was a hard one. I haven't made much progress on coffee. That's a fail. I do manage to get enough sleep despite not exactly making the 10pm deadline and drinking coffee in the afternoon sometimes. Persian could be much better... Still I am doing some reading. I'm in the last story of my Shahnameh book. I'll give myself a pass on both but yeah could do better. Part of the reason for limited Persian reading is that I also read a book in French this month, and not a small read, about 700 pages, a very interesting sci-fi story about morphing and untraceable creatures in a dystopian Pig Data future. It's not translated into English yet as far as I know but here is the Wikipedia's author page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alain_Damasio. I'll probably start reading his earlier works as well. Practice is ok except for back-bends. I have tried them on different days and yep the issue is not the day but getting started with that session. Typically last week, I postponed them until Sunday morning, and then Sunday evening. We started Chernobyl and ended up watching the whole series. I killed my 10pm bed deadline and back-bends were skipped... Everything else, including hips, some legs, some pull, HS and press to HS are ok. I'm happy with HS press progress as slow as it is, it's coming along. Then there was this bike accident that prevented me from doing elbow levers and crows, and most kinds of arm bending work. I should get back to it slowly the coming month. My leg strength has improved a fair amount with all this biking (per week it adds up to to 2.5/3 hours, it's a quite significant step up). So next challenge... I'll probably work on the same items.
