How's the knee stuff going? It's runner's knee, it's doing well but I still noticed swelling when I went running so I decided to take a break and go back to what I learnt in physical therapy. I have the same issue. Specifically, chondromalacia and patellar subluxation. PT helps tremendously. Inazea Posted July 28, 2019 Author Report Share Posted July 28, 2019 Again everything done on Friday and Saturday. Wh00t wh00t?! Though I had a bit of chocolate today. So here's the week 4 (and overall challenge) recap: Fitness: knee training 4 times a week: 4/4 (12/16) leg and hip stretches every evening: 7/7 (27/28) walk a total of at least 120 km throughout the challenge: 0/1 - I walked 89 km and I blame the heat! There really were times it was too hot to move, so I'm fine with this. Food: track intake every day: 7/7 (22/28) absolutely no sugary stuff: 6/7 (25/28) Misc: finish writing my current book: 0/1 read at least 2 books: 1/1 - And I also read The Great Gatsby and half of HP and the Order of the Phoenix so I definitely did it. declutter bookshelf - donate the books I don't want anymore to the library: 1/1 stick to my skin care routine every evening: 6/7 (20/28) Not 100% but still pretty damn good and I lost 2kg throughout the challenge (my upper arms are now officially the "slimmest" they've been in a few years! Yay me!)
