I am way late, but here for the rest of it. These goals are similar to what I have down for my next challenge! 

How's the knee stuff going? What kind of injury?

It's runner's knee, it's doing well but I still noticed swelling when I went running so I decided to take a break and go back to what I learnt in physical therapy.

Also here is a very short check in for yesterday and today:

Got 100% on all dailies both days, I will definitely be able to finish the third book in the next few days but I will probably not finish my writing unless I manage to write a few thousand words a day every day but that seems unlikely unfortunately.

I have the same issue. Specifically, chondromalacia and patellar subluxation. PT helps tremendously. I actually need to get back to my PT exercises now that I think about it.

Again everything done on Friday and Saturday. Wh00t wh00t?! Though I had a bit of chocolate today.

 

So here's the week 4 (and overall challenge) recap:

 

Fitness:

  • knee training 4 times a week: 4/4 (12/16)
  • leg and hip stretches every evening: 7/7 (27/28)
  • walk a total of at least 120 km throughout the challenge: 0/1 - I walked 89 km and I blame the heat! There really were times it was too hot to move, so I'm fine with this.

 

Food:

  • track intake every day: 7/7 (22/28)
  • absolutely no sugary stuff: 6/7 (25/28)

 

Misc:

  • finish writing my current book: 0/1
  • read at least 2 books: 1/1 - And I also read The Great Gatsby and half of HP and the Order of the Phoenix so I definitely did it.
  • declutter bookshelf - donate the books I don't want anymore to the library: 1/1
  • stick to my skin care routine every evening: 6/7 (20/28)

Not 100% but still pretty damn good and I lost 2kg throughout the challenge (my upper arms are now officially the "slimmest" they've been in a few years! Yay me!) All that's left now is finish my damn writing.
