Thanks! Fortunately, we had a pretty strong "cold front" this week - heat index is 20 degrees cooler than last week.

 Thanks! I've lost a little weight, but not as much as I could have due to not eating as well as I should. I'm sure the water has helped endurance, especially during the heat wave last week. More than anything, I think the success of this stretch is the development of sustainable habits.

Day 28 update:

1. Walked 3.66 miles  :encouragement: 

2. Got 64  :encouragement:

3. Nothing after 8 :encouragement:.

 

Week 4 recap:

1. Moved every day, logged 70.26 miles this week 83.5/1000 to go!

2. Got 64 oz 7/7 days. 

3. Nothing after 8 6/7 days

 

Challenge recap:

1. Moved every day, logged 239.76 miles, moved over 36 total hours. 

2. Got 64 oz 27/28 days. 

3. Nothing after 8 25/28 days

 

Lost 4.5 lbs. Fitness level and endurance have greatly increased, as has pace - especially on my bike.
