Elennare Posted July 29, 2019 Report Share Posted July 29, 2019 I've been tracking calories for the last few challenges. It's been working, very slowly, but I really don't like tracking calories. So I'm going to switch it up for the last 4 weeks of this challenge and make another attempt at a 28-Day Reset (it's a thing in the same vein as Whole30, but with slightly different "rules" and less pretentious.). Gonna keep counting calories during zero week, then I'm on vacation, so, anything goes, and then the "diet." Which I hope I can stick to and then transition into "always" eating paleo. I really want to start derby again, but I think I need to take another month off, because work is still kind of in flux and about to get a whole lot more crazy. If I can't get stuff sorted so I can get to practices again by the end of August, I'm going to leave the league temporarily and start looking for another job. But I need some sort of exercise in there, because I'm not quitting, just hitting pause, and I fully intend to be a bad ass when I get to hit play again! So I'm going to do Blogilates 100 glute instagram challenge thing. I don't know if I'll manage to do 100 reps of everything, but I'm going to do my best. Anyone want to join me? And I'm going to lift. Twice a week, starting in week 2. Also skate as much as I can. I also really need to work on my flexibility, so somehow in here I'm going to add some daily stretching/yoga. And because I'm completely nuts, I want to make a weekly family trip to the beach a thing. We live in SoCal, 20 minutes from the beach, and only went a handful of times last year.
