I may need to rename that gym goal. Right now, it’s mostly about wanting to make sure I make time to movement outside of class/practice. So, for example, I accomplished that today with some extra walking and stairs. I didn’t need to do that, I could have just moved my car closer to the studio, but I chose the extra movement [emoji16]

Past few days have been pretty good, and I’m set up to make an excellent week for myself! There’s a pot luck at work tomorrow, and as usual I’m intrigued to see what I can make of it - being vegetarian in these parts isn’t the easiest. I don’t have to bring anything this go-around, so I’m banking on some veggie/fruit side dishes. I always make it work.

Extra movement is definitely a good sub for "gym" in the goals list! Good luck at your potluck. :D
