Where in the World is Carmen Assassin-Diego?

Recommended Posts

ACME.png

Hello, gumshoes!

Carmen Sandiego and her crew of thieves are at it again,

committing a spree of crimes across the globe!

To expedite the search, we're dividing everyone into two teams,

under Lead Agents Elle Kechum and Finn De Mal

To join, just add your name at the top of this spreadsheet and we'll assign you a team!

Details:

-Anyone can join at any time!

-Each week, we'll work to track down 3-4 of Carmen's henchmen and return the landmarks they've stolen.

-To do so, perform the appropriate exercise type and log your total contribution on the spreadsheet.  The team with the highest contribution at the end of the week will get credit for the arrest.

-If performing a rep-based exercise, only exercises of the appropriate type with a personal AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible) of 20 or less may be counted towards your total.  If performing a hold, only exercises of the appropriate type with a personal AMSAP (As Many Seconds as Possible) of 30sec or less may be counted towards your total.  Any unilateral (one-sided) exercises must be performed with both sides to count.  Log your total reps performed or total seconds held for each assignment.

-Appropriate exercises include anything that targets the correct muscle chain.  Examples include, but aren't limited to:

-Push Reps:  Push Ups, Dips, Handstand Push Ups

-Push Holds:  Handstands, Hand Balancing, Push Up Holds

     -Pull Reps:  Pull Ups, Rows

-Pull Holds:  Dead Hangs, Row Holds, Cat Hangs

-Leg Reps:  Squats, Box Jumps, Tuck Jumps

-Leg Holds:  Wall Sits, Squat Holds

     -Core Reps:  Leg Lifts, Crunches

-Core Holds:  Planks, Hollow Body Holds, Front & Back Levers

-This sidequest will run from August 5th through October 20th (two challenges).

-If you have any questions, or need help with any of the exercises, just ask!

Normal Sidequest Rules:

- Sidequests are not mandatory, feel free to ignore this one if you don't want to participate.

- Don't let sidequests hinder your own goals.

- If you're not sure how to register something, post it here.

- Keep it simple!

- Don't hurt yourself!

- Don't overwork/burn yourself out!

Unrelated... I don't think I realized how many Terracotta Warriors there are. That is crazy impressive.

There are actually 5 of those rooms (although they are not all open to the public)
