Update on me: My back injury is looking like it might lead to surgery and, really, any type of exercise (including walking!) is out. So this challenge is 100% nutrition and eating based. I'm starting with the 28-day reset made by Casey Ho. It's an elimination / clean eating meal plan that I am going to try and stick to as rigorously as possible. I'll be subtracting dairy (easy - I honestly rarely eat dairy anyway), Gluten , sugar , and processed grains (for sure the hardest). I'll also be trying to focus on more mindful eating.
