I also ghosted hard the last challenge I participated in (hey all, I'm still alive!). Work has been hell lately. But not really worth complaining about if I'm not going to take action to make it better so.... yeah I'm working on that too. But I have a rare burst of energy after four whole days off (yay!) and a Half Marathon quickly approaching that I should buckle up consistently train for.... so yeah. Gonna post then heavily plagiarize this thread for the next challenge to try to get some extra accountability. So yeah, here's the plan: The exact mileage on Tues/Thurs aren't as important as just going out and getting a run in.
