Waanie
Following . Good luck with everything. If it is too much, you can also choose to paint & floor only your bedroom, and do the other rooms later. It will be more hassle later, but it sounds like you have a very busy period now. 2 Quote Current challenge: Relay challenge part 1 Link to post

It sounds like a lot of fun, and great for strength and flexibility [emoji4]. What makes that you go to bed so late?It is! I have done 4 lessons so far, it's really good. I am taller the following day... I discussed this with the guy I'm going out with and and he asked if I would be offended if he doesn't do it [emoji23] note: he is waaaay more fit than I am, but got scared about how hard ballet is [emoji16]I think part is the fact I didn't have a douvet and it's getting cold. Part is that I'm so stressed right now that I can't rest my mind, so I start watching youtube to numb me, but obviously the blue light doesn't help! I see the difference between when I sleep and when I don't and I really need my beauty sleep! 3 Quote Challenges: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Link to post

He might also mean the technical stuff though . 2 hours ago, Diadhuit said: I think part is the fact I didn't have a douvet and it's getting cold. Writing down your thoughts might help from them going in circles. I saw some research that indicated that the total amount of light was more important than the blue light, and that screens mostly prevent us from sleep because are brains are more active. Not sure if that's reproduced yet, but at least an interesting result nonetheless. 1 Quote Current challenge: Relay challenge part 1 Link to post

For a while I had to just put my phone in the bathroom at night and had an alarm on it for 9:15PM when I had to put it away. Definitely helped kick the habit but I often backslide-usually when I'm exhausted and stressed and really need the sleep the most. In an ideal world I'll read at night before bed to help get my brain to shut down. I'm *so* much happier and more productive when I can fall asleep before ten~why is it so hard! 2 Quote Link to post
