Maybe I'm just lazy? But I don't feel like I've made progress with it over the last few months, because my hands touch the wall and I can't get a deeper stretch. I'm trying two other stretches that will hopefully let me go beyond what bouhler can do.

Challenge recap:

 

Main quests

Physio: Pretty good overall

Bouhler: Meh

Ankle rehab: Ankles feel good. Traded a knee for it though

Gym: didn't hit my goal of 2X a week (except for week 4), at first because I was too focused on making the video, and later because my knee was injured (that's my excuse

Gymnastics: not even once. That's fine, since going was probably not a good idea anyway

Swim: once in the whole challenge.

 

Side quests

- Film several precision jumps in slo-mo - DONE!

- Stitch the above jumps together into one jump - DONE!

- Film a short rail flowdance - DONE!

- Film a low-impact parkour line - DONE!

- Post videos for spicyness - DONE!

 

And the rest that I couldn't finish:

- Film a rail flowdance two more times to clone myself so there are multiple me's on the screen at the same time - decided to only do one clone to make things easier

- Film another low-impact parkour line - couldn't finish because of knee injury

- Film yet another low-impact parkour line - couldn't finish because of knee injury

- Traverse all the way across the bottom of a net - couldn't finish net was too low, making it very difficult to traverse without touching the ground

- Jump up and down a set of stairs once - couldn't finish because of knee injury

- Swim (front crawl) 1 and 3/4 of the width of the pool - I might have done this one, but I'm not sure because it was a different pool and I swam the length instead of the width
- Tread water for 5 seconds - nope

Baah knees why do they always have to pop? Hope it heals soon though.

Cool videos, you should definitely pursue once the knee is up for it.
