I went to the gym and kicked my own butt today!

Hey hey everyone! This is pretty self explanatory, but I haven't gone to the gym in a LONG while, due to a pretty busy hectic schedule (school and work). But this quarter I have finally stepped back into the gym and rightfully kicked my butt good!

For those wondering:

  • 5 min warm-up, including some shadowboxing
  • 2-3 min Bag work
  • Pushups: 10, 12, 12
  • BW squats: 25, 25, 25
  • Planks: 1 min, 45 sec, 30 sec
  • Walking Lunges: 30, 30


The workout itself wasn't much, but I didn't want to overload my body because, you know, I still have to be alive tomorrow. But I was thoroughly exhausted to the point where I almost couldn't stand up :lol: But let me tell you, I have truly missed this. Projects allowing, I'm going to keep going to the gym to try to make it routine.
