New here. I failed before, but now I'm trying again, with help this time

I tried losing weight a few times in my life, sometimes with success, but then usually something in life would happen and I would lose some or all of the progress I had made.


My most recent slip up was 3 months ago, after losing my job I just quit going to the gym and trying to eat healthy. Now that i've got back on track with that, im trying to get back on track with getting fit again
