I've been hearing a lot for the last little while of the benefits of apple cider vinegar and I'm interested to see what the opinions of this community are like. 

I've contemplated mixing a tablespoon of ACV (organic with the mother), tablespoon of organic lemon juice, a honey simple syrup (that I make to sweeten my homemade iced green tea) and water as a drink first thing in the morning, even before my coffee (black).
