Well done!

 

I must say I think these daily dares are getting tougher and tougher. At the end of the first minute the thigh muscles in my raised leg were really burning and I felt as if I was at the end of my ability. But then, a few seconds after switching legs, my core muscles just said "That's it. We can't take it anymore." :D The exhaustion I had felt in my leg was nothing compared to how my core felt :P  But by ignoring my pain I pushed through and managed to do it in one go. Yay! :)

I guess it was balance? I was trying to hold the rest of the plank perfectly still while moving the arm and leg. Maybe if I relaxed and swayed a little it would have been easier

 

Bridge taps was done with EC

This was exactly my experience as well

Did you do an elbow plank for the alternate arm/leg raises?

Ha! You're right. When you said it was a balance problem I went down on the floor to try it, and then I did do it on my elbows. Because that's the default plank position for me. But when I actually did them for this challenge I did them on my hands and feet. And yeah, a few were a little wobbly for me too.

 

And today I did the 50 squats. And I was super careful to have proper form, because I very easily mess up my back if I'm not careful with squats and deadlifts.

Yikes, is it because of an old injury?

 

Squats done, no EC though. I was a bit apprehensive because of my bad knee but it was fine.
