Hi, newbie here.

Hi guys, I’ve stumbled upon this forum and decided drop by. I’ve been battling depression since Dec 2015 after losing my mother. I found that working out (aside from medication and regular visit to my psychiatrist) is the best way to keep myself on track and should I say ‘together’. I’ve been doing Freeletics daily for the past 4 years and recently discovered Tabata. I hope to discover new things here.  Thanks!
