Yeah I just cleaned up how I'm going to approach my time here, keeping track of my challenge cycles which are my daily-ish check-ins and whatever, and once or twice a week I'm going to post in my 'training log', and use that for longer-timeframe things like before/after photos, posting workouts week by week.  Eventually maybe diet too, if I decide I need to make some adjustments.

By not helping you mean losing weight?  I honestly think you drink a good bit of calories.  The sweet tea is delicious I'm sure, but it probably has a good bit of sugar.  The fountain soda drinks, and milk also have a good bit of calories.  Milk is way better than sugars, but for an example I was on a 'diet' for awhile to gain weight called GOMAD - "Gallon of Milk a Day".  Holy hell the GI issues I had, fortunately wasn't dating anyone at the time, but almost struck up a long term relationship with the toilet.  Somehow, I still gained about 2 pounds a week on that.

 

Try subbing out the milk for water, or maybe decaf black or green tea.

I am doing good. Better than last week. Here is my food so far this week. 

 

Monday

 

Food

 

Turkey sandwich with mac & cheese/broccoli

20 oz 2% milk

20 oz water

 

I fasted till 7 pm so this is all I ate that day

 

Tue

 

Food

 

Grilled chicken sandwich with fries, 16 oz milk

 

leftover mac and cheese/broccoli 

 

Fried fish with rice/yogurt, and 16 oz sweet tea

 

Wed

 

Food

 

Cheeseburger & fries, with 20 oz milk

 

Rice o roni, 16 oz water
