My battle.

Hello, :)

I'm not really  sure about daily logging but i think sharing your "battle" details could help.

 

Right now, my goal is to lose 10kg for my wedding in six months. i really believe that i can do this because i have enough self control to achieve what i want.

 

Currently, i'm on this thing called (water fasting) it is a 7 days where you only consume water and nothing else. it sounds crazy i know but i read about it the other day and alot of people have done it and i like to challenge myself so .. why not?

 

This my first day fasting if i stopped updating .. i might be dead from starvation :)

December 2nd,

 I woke up today with a horrible headache due to fasting .. i thought i would be more hungry to function but turns out i can live on water for a couple of days.

i went to the gym after work and did my usual workout .. thought i would be more tired than that but it went normally.

I'm home now chilling to a football match .. life is good.
