"…And of course our major news story tonight is the sudden reappearance of DJ Trippy T, international entrepreneur, polyglot, philanthropist, and Crossfitter. 

 

As the world knows, DJ Trippy was last seen in an Atlanta CVS, wearing a scarf in 75 degree weather and drinking straight cough syrup out of a coffee cup while going thru the self-checkout line with a two-pack of Hall’s decongestant and a box of Lysol wipes. Normally extremely accessible to her followers, she mumbled repeatedly about “contagious” and “save yourselves” and “please let me sleep” while refusing to sign autographs or kiss puppies, leaving the public wondering, Had Trippy Finally Snapped?

 

Now, however, there are rumors that she is back on the scene and ready to take on the last NF Challenge of 2019. There’s been no official announcement from her press corps, but our sources say the famed archeologist, photographer, and all-around Woman of Mystery has not only been seen at the gym and several taco stands, but was witnessed giggling in public and burning her dayplanner. 

 

It’s anyone’s guess what could be next on the horizon for the effusive adventurer, but the variety of clues and the lack of a public statement has the world wondering - what *WILL* DJ Trippy T do next?"

Turns out you were onto me because the device ended up somewhere in the sewage system of Chisinau, Moldova which really hurt my feelings because you promised you'd never visit there without me because it's our special place.

As DJ Trippy T's official spokescat, I would like to release a brief public statement to counteract some of the wilder rumors we hear are circulating. There is, for example, no chance that Trippy is the mysterious "Ding Dong Ditch" woman currently operating in Texas."

 

 

 

 

 

"First of all, she was confirmed to be in Georgia at the time, and secondly, she uses a different type of restraints. 

 

At any rate, and with DJ's permission, we are releasing a brief outline of her current plans, so that - Sir? Sir. Please put that laser pointer away. It's very distracting. Thank you.

As we are coming into the last month of 2019,  DJ Trippy has decided to spend some time more fully expressing her true nature as an International Woman of Mystery. As an entrepeneur, student of ancient languages, philanthropist, photographer, traveler, Crossfitter, Culturally Problematic Queen of a Mysterious African Nation, and patron of the arts, she feels she can no longer remain bound by her ordinary housewife identity, and being, in her words, "so fucking boring".  

 

Can someone bring me a some water? I just pushed my glass off the lectern. Thank you.

 

Trippy gave us a brief outline of her plans for the next few weeks, which may go further than this challenge, depending on how quickly she runs out of talking cat jokes.  These will be worked in alongside her intensive crossfit training, as she hopes retain her "14,237th Fittest Woman on Earth" title next year, and enter a national competition.

 

- Entrepreneur - work on new business ideas twice a week

- Photographer - work on one photo project a week

- Philanthropist - make a small donation to a worthy cause per week, continue work on her Non-profit foundation

- Linguist - continue to study Spanish, and resume archeological epigraphy studies

- Patron of the arts: See one art show, music or performance per week

- Epicurean - cook real dinner twice a week, and drink as much champagne as possible.

- Deep Thoughts - two hours of reading/study PER DAY with no distractions

 

 

We are not sure if DJ will return to her normal routine and persona after this challenge - when confronted with that option she burst into maniacal laughter, grabbed her copy of "The Life-changing Magic of Not Giving a Fuck" and a strawberry go-gurt, and climbed out the kitchen window, shrieking, "HAHAHAHAHAHA FUCK NO" which seems to indicate... um...well, we're not holding our breath.

 

Again, thank you for coming, and we will endeavor to keep you updated as the situation progresses. No, I'm sorry, I'm unable to take any questions at this time. Not even from you, madam, though I appreciate the feather toy. I find myself doing the same thing pretty often...to the point that I have to remind myself this IS a fitness site and I should probably add a little fitness in here and there.

It's a level up your life site - sure fitness is a huge part of that approach here but there's nothing wrong with primarily focusing on other stuff

I practiced snatch last night (no, go ahead) and man my legs are Jell-O today. And my form is dreadful. 

 

ETA: now that I think of it I did “Nancy” (overhead squats) and “sucker punch” (thrusters and kettlebell swings) this week, so the jello effect is probably cumulative.
