Upright fitness: do the dang thing, even if it is cold outside. Walk the dog and do only the few things that need the bar outside, then rush inside to finish. Do not just ball up on the couch. Upright nutrition: Keep a plan. Meal prep, and especially keep the party calories in mind. But! A l little extra weight isn't as important as having fun and socializing. Do not just eat all the things. Upright habitat: Simply pick up after myself. Don't leave the room empty-handed/ put the thing away. Do not just drop everything just inside the door. Upright me: Do the things I enjoy and what I know bring contentedness. Do not give in to the overwhelming seasonal bustle that doesn't even apply to me! Upright actually: Do enjoy a social drink. Do stay upright. My own 12" tall dogs enjoy making tunnels when we get a good snowfall. I recommend yaktrax, or something similar if there's ice underneath. 1 Quote ...but I'm adorable! Yaktrax are the only way I survive the winter! And they do a great job training me to take off my shoes so I don't wreck the floors, which means slightly cleaner floors too-> less housework. In other news, I will be setting specific goals and plans for the upcoming year, instead of winging it the whole way. Seeing people again was worth it. And as a result strength did not happen the next day. or the next because brain said we don't do strength this day and I forgot. Oh well. Next day, try again. It suited me just fine since I didn't have too much specific for this challenge anyway. I'd say it while it wasn't a resounding success, it wasn't a fail either.
