Week 1 Monday 1) Cooked acorn squash w/ honey for dinner 4) Washed a pile of dishes Week 1 Tuesday 1) Went out to dinner with friends after a hike and ordered a veggie burrito. I didn't know you could put broccoli on pizza, but it was surprisingly good. 2) Ran this morning 4) Did dishes, I think. It was something in the kitchen anyway. Week 1 Thursday 1) Ate the other half of the acorn squash Forgot to do any cleaning. Also forgot to brush my teeth before bed which I'm more annoyed about. I'd been doing so well at remembering that. Week 1 Friday 1) Cooked some zucchini with dill. I might have to get more broccoli so I can try it with lots of garlic. The result was slightly odd. 3) Installed my new chin-up bar and used it during my workout. Because of experiences as a child, that's one vegetable that I won't cook at home (along with brussels sprouts), but this time it was not bad. 4) Put away dishes.
