Learning to read music is a great start. I never learned recorder, but I know it is a very popular way to teach music. It is an upright piano & wayyy out of tune. fitnessgurl Posted January 17, 2020 Author Report Share Posted January 17, 2020 Today was sort of a mixed bag because for some reason I forgot it was Thursday, did some house stuff (routine stuff so I don't list it here) & then mom needed help getting dressed. I walked back the hallway & 🕐❗❗❗OH NO IT'S THURSDAY & MOM HAS A DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT IN A HALF HOUR❗❗❗So I'm hurrying to get her dressed & ready. She's freaking out & refusing to go. I'm telling her she's got to go. Finally I get her in the car & she's still complaining. We get done at the doctor's & she has finally calmed down. At this point I'm mentally exhausted & also hungry so we go get something to eat & then head home. I did not make good food choices & a lot of my challenge didn't get done today because my focus was blown. Lesson learned: check my calendar every day! You might have of made poor food choices, but you got so much done and you recognize that you made those poor choices. You even made it a point to remind yourself about checking the calendar everyday. So, I think that is really a great win. You are able to see your actions and make notes on them, that is hard.
