Wrap up

Lifting: bench 1RM tested - 1/1, double deadlift workouts - 2/2, new program - 1/1

  • Kicked butt and found a new bench 1RM at 165#
  • Picked a new program to run through the rest of gymnastics season, barring incident 

Gymnastics: free hip drills - 5/6, beam back handsprings - 6/6, floor routine - 6/6

  • Stopped being a baby about back handsprings on high beam after a 4-year battle to bring them back
  • Ran plenty of floor routines
  • Could have drilled my free hips more often, but so it goes

Life: weekday breakfasts out - 3/6, dinners out  - 12/12, bday highlight video -  .5/1

  • Didn't eat quite so many breakfast pastries
  • Still went out to dinner maybe too much
  • Never finished that bday video, shoot.

Travel: CDMX planning - 5/5, London booked - 1/1

  • Went to Mexico City!
  • Went to London! 
  • Went to Maine
  • About to go to LA
  • About to go BACK to London for work 🙈
