I've done this Yoga program before. 😉 I like it because it's Yoga and the poses are fairly easy to achieve. (Accept for the reverse plank thinger where you hold your arms/shoulders and your legs up which just sucks!) 

 

My main takeaway though is that I prefer just the meditation to the poses. 😋

Challenge Recap

 

1. Walking
Scoring: 46/40 miles 
Reward: +4 to STA (+1 for every 10 miles completed)

 

I blew this one out of the water and almost reached 50 miles! I did extra miles some evenings, because my husband was going walking. I could have gone more often, when he did, but I chose to stay home some days. Still, this is a great achievement!

 

2. Yoga
Scoring: 30/30 days of yoga
Reward: +3 to WIS (+1 for every 10 days completed successfully)

 

As before with the Darebee Yoga 30 day challenge, this was easy to follow. Some of the poses were a little more challenging than others, but overall it’s a good beginner program. I preferred the meditation days the most. ;) 

 

3. Eating Better
- No soda (save for ginger ale, as it helps my digestion)
- No processed, sugary junk foods M-F and limited on the weekends
- More veggies
- 1 blow day per weekend
Scoring: 4/5 weekends of only having 1 blow day 
22/25 of not having sugary snacks M-F
Reward: +4 to CON for weekend success & +4 to CHA for sugary snacks weekdays

 

This one was the hardest part of my challenge. I did manage to succeed with the blow meals on weekends, despite massive temptation! I also did fairly well during the week. (Friday I finally caved and had ice cream!)

 

I also managed, although I didn’t track it, to do better with soda consumption. Most weekdays I did not have a soda in the afternoon. Additionally, I did try mushrooms and had mushroom sandwiches twice during the challenge.
