Aaaaaaand I'm back!

 

Again...

 

Ok, so I turn 40 in June this year, and I REALLY want to be in some semblance of "shape" before I do.

 

I'll be using the Starting bodyweight plan from reddit for the next 2 months, then I'll reassess. Also I'll be doing a little cardio boxing because that's the ONLY form of cardio I enjoy.
