Good morning everyone! I am a 6'4"  male that weighs 142 lbs. In the past to years I've grown two inches and have gained exactly 0 lbs. Despite being a runner, I'm sick and tired of being this skinny. I have a disturbingly fast metabolism(I need 5000-6000 calories a day). Because of this I literally didn't know how to eat to enough. My goal here is to learn to eat enough and go from there.

Other Miscellaneous Facts About Me:

  • I love weightlifting.
  • I play cello in 3 different orchestras.
  • I sing in a choir.
  • I have autism and ADHD.
  • I like the taste of blood.

Welcome, welcome. I also was 142 lbs. for several years, though I am 5'2. The gains were hard-fought, but I think I've stabilized a few pounds now.

We also have 3 things in common with the miscellaneous facts. 😉
