starpuck
So much bujo talk! Yeah, I went with a pre printed one for a while myself, and I keep going back to Ghost-Grid. Because the paper is so so so very white and bright and I love it. One of my purchases came with some stencils for bujo's and that's been fun to just add in a bit here or there. When I have the time, making a themed one helps me want to open it more, but in lieu of that, just having a place to quickly jot down a thing I think of that I Need or Want to do, is super helpful. There isn't any planning happening, it's just an art project. Still very fun to watch. But my own bujo is just.. no art, no stickers, perhaps a doodle or a nicely written title.. no monthly layout with boxes either. Like Red said, it becomes way too overwhelming and stressful. Yea, some of them really do love planning--but like @KB Girl said, it's really just a big art project at that point. I agree, which is why I bought a printed planner with some blank pages I can art with the past couple years HAHA yeah, there's a whole community and it's totally a monster arts and crafts effort. People really do love the process of creating these big grand things, (and I like looking at them!) but I have other crafts I prefer to do in my spare time. The journalling method itself really is very straight forward as people mentioned and can be as simple or as complicated as someone wants. As for the editor, it could be that you guys just aren't clicking and it's time to find a different one. I've heard of that happening in the industry. Yeah, my last communication from her was a little better, and I was able to ask straight out what the hell she meant by this ot that cryptic comment that didn't make sense to me. We're stepping away from editing and working more on marketing strategy which I think will help my process, but I still don't plan on working with her going forward. _____ Zero week was fun, I did no screens several times, and then went to the store to buy more screens. (we need new phones! It was bound to happen.) This week started a little strange, national holiday in the states and Mr Red stayed home yesterday but I worked an extra long day. (People like to train on their days off LOL) but that also means today and the rest of the week will be a little easier. I did drink some riesling last night that was left over from Mr Red's risotto meal prep, and it gave me a headache and I didn't enjoy it. It will be easy to get in 2 days no drinking today and tomorrow, but we'll see, I wouldn't be surprised if I took it easy after that as well, that's hapenning more and more often. Mindful eating surrounding the onslaught of sharks, so there has been some emotional buffering and soothing surrounding food. I missed a run last week, but wrist work is going well and body weight work is hapenning. This coming weekend we're going to be hosting a kind of experimental party - we have this idea that instead of doing a game night with a few friends, we're going to host a big game board party and set up 5 different areas for playing games, all organized by amount of players, how long the game play takes etc. I have NO IDEA if it's going to be fun or just devolve into chaos but I'm excited to try! It's on Saturday, Feb 22, 2020... 02.22.20 - it's a palindrome!! Maybe there's a palindrome game we can throw in. Or try to do it with scrabble? We'll see! I'm still in contemplation phase for meditating in the morning, but I did manage a short yoga flow today (it wasn't super flowey because of the wrist, but I did it LOL) so that's a step towards my former morning routine that I loved so much. Perhaps I'll get enough foundation down for it to add it into the next challenge. 6 Quote ~Peace Be The Journey~ one - two - three - four - five - six - seven- eight - nine - ten - eleven - twelve - thirteen - fourteen - fifteen - sixteen - seventeen - eighteen - nineteen - twenty - twenty one - twenty two - twenty three - twenty four - twenty five - twenty six - twenty seven - twenty eight - twenty nine - thirty - thirty one - thirty two - thirty three - thirty four - thirty five - thirty six Link to comment

So this morning I really wanted to try my new glitter palette and did as much as I thought I could handle for a full workday in the gym lol. Anyhoo, I was feeling it so I took a new profile pic and it's giving me smiles. Here's my soft glittery look with sun and plants and a much better mood 11 Quote ~Peace Be The Journey~ one - two - three - four - five - six - seven- eight - nine - ten - eleven - twelve - thirteen - fourteen - fifteen - sixteen - seventeen - eighteen - nineteen - twenty - twenty one - twenty two - twenty three - twenty four - twenty five - twenty six - twenty seven - twenty eight - twenty nine - thirty - thirty one - thirty two - thirty three - thirty four - thirty five - thirty six Link to comment

You go to the end of the season, then you lose the Super Bowl. Is that failing? To most people, maybe. It's funny how anxious I get about having my photo taken, and the experience is so different from what people seem to see. I'm glad I decided that today was the day, that drawing I had up was kind of a daily reminder of of being miserable. @Scalyfreak - it's this palette from Pixi - I piked it up at Target and I have intent to scour the drug store soon! 5 1 Quote ~Peace Be The Journey~ one - two - three - four - five - six - seven- eight - nine - ten - eleven - twelve - thirteen - fourteen - fifteen - sixteen - seventeen - eighteen - nineteen - twenty - twenty one - twenty two - twenty three - twenty four - twenty five - twenty six - twenty seven - twenty eight - twenty nine - thirty - thirty one - thirty two - thirty three - thirty four - thirty five - thirty six Link to comment
