I've been currently going through some major life changes. Part of what I need to do to continue to level up my life is pay at least some attention to my physical health and well-being, thus this challenge...late though I am! I've played in the Rebellion before, but that was years ago, so I feel the need to start back at the basics.

 

I'm keeping my goals for this challenge strictly in the health and fitness category, since I have a whole lot going on in life outside of this. Just getting through each day is an accomplishment, but I'm hoping that putting some effort into my health will help with overall energy and the ability to keep going.

 

Goals for the current challenge:

  1. Start some sort of regular physical exercise.
    • Complete Darebee's Baseline program (+1 for every day completed, +10 for completing the whole program).
  2. Eat food that agrees with my body.
    • Try to eat only foods that my body likes (+1 for every day accomplished, -1 for every day didn't accomplish).
  3. Consume more vegetables/fruits.
    • Drink a green smoothie each day (+1 daily).
  4. Drink more water.
    • Install Plant Nanny (+1).
    • Use as directed (+1 for every day drinking enough water).

On a nerd level, excellent formatting and bullet points. I approve.

On a personal level, I really like your concrete goals. Good scoping! And good luck with everything else happening, sometimes getting back to taking care of our bodies can be a point of stability. And it will help with your energy level, guaranteed.
